MEDICAID

There are many waiver programs available that you may qualify for depending on your age, disability, and level of care needed. Individuals needing help with everyday activities and who are enrolled through Medicaid may be eligible depending on their current monthly income.  Please click HERE for information pertaining to each waiver for qualification.

PRIVATE PAY

If you do not qualify for any of the financial assistance programs, you may receive care from Dedicated Quality Home Care using our private pay program. This program will be set up through you or your power of attorney for payments of services provided. Please contact our office for more information regarding this program.

LONG TERM CARE INSURANCE

You may be carrying long-term care insurance through your insurance company. This is the only type of insurance that will pay for the home care services that Dedicated Quality Home Care can provide. Please contact your insurance company for more information.
